The Mail on Sunday reports on bereaved mother Caroline Tully's push for an inquest into her daughter Clara's death.
As it stands stillbirths do not have to be referred to a coroner and are investigated by the hospital.
She is now calling for a law to make it a legal requirement for all deaths of babies' at full-term to be investigated by a coroner.
