Neil Ferris was appointed Treasurer of Sands' Board of Trustees in 2024.

Neil is a father to Zachary and Noah, and to Adam, who was born sleeping in 2009. Since then, Neil has seen the tremendous support that Sands has given to bereaved families, and the contribution it has made to saving babies lives. 

Having built a broad finance career with KPMG and large corporates, Neil has extensive experience of strong financial governance, corporate strategy and overall leadership.
