A Swansea mother has raised over £1,000 for Sands by walking up Pen Y Fan. Swansea Sands is close to the heart of Killay resident Kate Morgan after her son Theodore was born after 30 weeks and sadly died the next day. The Dylan Thomas Community School teacher is now the chair of Sands and decided to walk up Pen Y Fan in order to commemorate what would have been Theodore's second birthday.  Continue reading
