Sands, Stillbirth and neonatal death charity, is to collaborate with the Edinburgh-based charity Sands Lothians to explore how every parent in Scotland, whose baby has died before, during, or shortly after birth, can receive excellent and compassionate bereavement care and support.

The partnership will be supported by funding from the Scottish Government and see both organisations sharing their knowledge of supporting parents and families, and evaluating the model of bereavement support that Sands Lothians offers to parents and families in Edinburgh and West Lothian.
