Brian English, Chair of the Essex Sands support group, was interviewed on his role as chair and how the local group supports bereaved parents and families. 

Brian spoke about the group’s monthly meetings, where they are held and how bereaved parents support other bereaved parents. Listen again here from 8 minutes 30 seconds  

The presenter, Juggy Sohal, interviewed two players from Sands United FC Essex on the same programme. They were Liam Preston and Michael Fragnito. Both fathers shared their stories of baby loss.  They also shared how SUFC Essex started and how they met through the club.

Liam said that he and his wife got in touch with Sands and it was an important part of his grieving process.  Listen again here from 24 minutes
