Sacha believes that physical and emotional wellbeing is a right, and is determined that no one should be locked out of yoga because of their circumstances. She offers weekly online postnatal yoga classes for people who have experienced a miscarriage, stillbirth or the death of an infant. These classes are offered on a donation basis, and 50% of all donations made for this class will be given to Sands.
