Ethenn was my second child and when I went into labour the day after fathers day 2012 I waved off my eldest and went into hospital.
My contractions floored me so when I was hooked up to the monitor I was ready for some pain relief...only the nurse left the room and another entered they told me there was no heartbeat.
I didn't believe them. I'd felt him move in the night but Ethenn was gone. All through the labour I hoped that they were mistaken and when he was born I waited for a cry but the room was silent.
It was only then I realised my baby had died. My little boy had gone and I didn't know what to do how to act, nothing.
Our baby had been born sleeping forever dreaming.
I still include Ethenn in our lives he would be at school now and if anyone asks how many children I have I always answer 2 ...1 that can run and 1 that can fly.
