Join Sands for the Kilimanjaro Summit Trek in 2025. Conquer the famous 'Roof of Africa' and raise money to save babies lives', support bereaved families. The trek begins in the lush rainforests of the Lemosho Glades, climbing towards the Shira Plateau. From here it follows the Southern Flank, Barranco Wall and Barafu Route to the summit. This is one of the toughest but most exhilarating adventures you will ever embark on.

You can sign up one of three ways. Either sign up as 'Minimum Sponsorship' where you raise the minimum sponsorship target for Sands, or 'Flexi' you pay part of your trek costs and raise a smaller minimum sponsorship target for Sands, or as a 'Self Funder' where you pay the cost of the trip yourself, and raise what you want for Sands.

Minimum Sponsorship 

Reg Fee: £495 (non-refundable), Minimum Sponsorship: £5,995

You will need to raise at least 80% of minimum sponsorship target 12 weeks prior to the challenge to secure your place on the trek, and the remaining 20% sponsorship 4-weeks after the trek has taken place to Sands.

Flexi 

Reg Fee: £495 (non-refundable), Trip Cost: £495 Plus Air Tax and Fuel Contribution (Capped £250) Minimum Sponsorship Target: £4,985. 

You will be required to pay the trip cost including the Air Tax and Fuel Contribution 10 weeks before the challenge to Charity Challenge. Raised at least 80% of your minimum sponsorship target 12 weeks before the challenge, and 4-weeks after the challenge to send in the remaining 20% sponsorship to Sands. 

Self Fund 

Reg Fee: £495 (non-refundable) Trip Cost: Pay Charity Challenge the trip balance of £2,938 plus the Air Tax and Fuel Contribution (Capped £250) 10 weeks before the challenge.
