Roxanne is mum to three children. When her middle child, Kaitlyn, died at birth in November 2018, her family turned to Sands for support. Since then, she has been passionate about ensuring all bereaved parents can access excellent and compassionate support and about improving the safety culture in maternity services.

Roxanne works for the NHS, in a Clinical Commissioning Group that is set to become part of an Integrated Care System in the South of England. In her role she specialises in developing high performing organisations through creating the culture, systems and ways of working they need to succeed.
