Kelly is a Lead Midwife for the Genomics Service in North Thames at UCL Partners. She is currently leading on a project that looks at the pathway to improve the links between pathology and genetics for bereaved families who have a post mortem. Kelly has previously worked as a bereavement midwife, supporting families after the death of their baby and provided emotional and practical support.
She is keen to use her midwifery knowledge and skills to work with Sands to continue to reduce the stillbirth rate in the UK and improve bereavement care.
