We are hiring Befriender Programme Officer  

Given the widespread impact of baby loss, Softcat’s Family Network saw it as crucial to acknowledge and support this week. We aim to offer a safe space for colleagues who have experienced such a loss to discuss it.

Baby Loss Awareness Week is a crucial time for us to unite, share our stories, and support one another. It's a matter close to my heart, and fostering a community of understanding and healing is incredibly important. I am deeply grateful for the partnership between Sands and NatWest Group's HomeLife Employee Led Network. This week serves as a remind that no one should face this journey alone.
