My husband and I are very family orientated, and love children. We have been trying to start our own family for over 5 years.

Linda's baby boy, Jo, died 27 years ago.

In June 1974, I gave birth to my first born son. I never saw him.

My first daughter Alison was born 30 years ago in August 1973.

In May 1976 I gave birth to my first child. She was stillborn.

We married when I was 16 years old and pregnant. Our baby was due on April 18th 1968. I went into labour on May 7th, in my 42nd week.

Marie's twins were born prematurely at 18 weeks in 2001. One baby lived for 1 hour, 40 mins; the other for 1 hour 36 mins.

It was at Christmas time 1985 that I first suspected I was pregnant. Until then I never even wanted children. I don't know how knew I was pregnant, but I just did.

9th February 2000, this Wednesday was a day I had been thinking about for the past year; in particular the past few months.

Tracy's son Alexander was stillborn.. She writes:

I knocked at the door of my life.

It would not open.

I wanted to see you.
